# Delete a supplier

> Remove a supplier.

`DELETE /rest/api/suppliers/{id}`

Removes the Supplier resource.

Removes a supplier. Returns `204 No Content` on success.

> [Purchase offers](/api/product-management/purchase-offers/) reference a supplier. Make sure no live purchase offer still points at this supplier before deleting it.
