`PATCH /api/products/{productId}/product_options/{productOptionId}`

Updates the Product Option resource.

Partially updates an option. The body is a [JSON Merge Patch](https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/rfc7396) document: include only the fields you want to change. Use it to rename an option or change its `position`.

> Send `Flowkiwi-Locale` to update the `title` for a specific locale. Other locales keep their existing translation.
