`PUT /api/default_locale`

Replaces the DefaultLocale resource.

Replaces which locale is the default for your catalog. Send the target locale `code` (such as `fr-FR`) in the body. This is a `PUT`, so it replaces the whole resource: the previous default is superseded and exactly one locale stays the default.
