`GET /api/categories`

Retrieves the collection of Category resources.

Returns a paginated collection of categories in the current organization. Each carries its `parent` and `childrens`, so you can reconstruct the tree. Set `Flowkiwi-Locale` to read the translatable `name` in a given locale.
